Glass Restore records Zoom consultations and may record other remote consultations, mentorship sessions, demonstrations, workshops, or support sessions.

The recording may include:

  3. Image and likeness;
  4. Screen sharing;
  5. Chat messages;
  6. Documents displayed during the session;
  7. Photographs and videos;
  8. Business information;
  9. Technical information;
  10. Questions and answers; and
  11. Other information discussed or displayed during the session.

By participating in a session after receiving notice that it is being recorded, you consent to the recording, storage, and use of the recording for purposes described in this Policy.

If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify Glass Restore before the session begins. Glass Restore may determine that the session cannot proceed in its normal format without recording.

You should not display or disclose unnecessary sensitive information, confidential customer information, payment-card information, government identification numbers, medical information, or other information that is not reasonably necessary for the consultation.

2.8 Telegram Community Information

Glass Restore may provide access to private Telegram Communities.

When you join or participate in a Telegram Community, Glass Restore and other members may be able to see information made available through your Telegram account, including:

  1. Display name;
  2. Username;
  3. Profile photograph;
  4. Messages;
  5. Photographs;
  6. Videos;
  7. Documents;
  8. Reactions;
  9. Posts; and
  10. Other information you choose to share.

Your telephone number may be visible to other Telegram users depending on your Telegram privacy settings.

Telegram independently collects and processes information according to its own terms and privacy policy. Glass Restore does not control Telegram’s collection, storage, security, or disclosure practices.

Information voluntarily posted in a Community may be viewed, copied, saved, forwarded, or recorded by other Community members. You should not post information that you do not want other authorized members to see.

2.9 Customer Support and Communications

When you communicate with Glass Restore, we may collect:

  4. Order information;
  5. Account information;
  6. Messages;
  7. Attachments;

Deleting an account may result in loss of course access, Community access, stored progress, downloads, support, or other account-based Services.
