Glass Restore LLC uses text messages to talk with people who have contacted us about glass restoration work or about one of our repair kits. This page explains what we send you, how often, and how to stop it.
Why we text you
We text you only after you have reached out to us first — through a form on this site, by email, by phone, or by texting our business number. We use SMS to:
- ask you for photos of the damaged glass, so we can tell you what the work needs;
- send you an estimate, and answer your questions about it;
- confirm the date and time of a visit, and tell you when our technician is on the way;
- let you know the status of a restoration kit you ordered.
One-to-one messages only
Every message we send is part of a one-to-one conversation with someone who contacted us first. We do not send marketing blasts, promotions, newsletters or mass texts, and we never text people who have not asked us to get in touch.
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies: it depends on your job and on how the conversation goes. Message and data rates may apply — those are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop, and how to get help
Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, and we will send you our contact details. You can also simply tell us in your own words that you would rather we call or email you instead, and we will.
Your phone number
We do not sell, rent or share phone numbers with third parties. We use your number to do the work you asked us about, and for nothing else.
