Construction debris, scrapers and stucco splatter leave scratches on brand-new glass. The building is ready for handover, and suddenly the client won’t accept the windows.

Here is what most contractors find out too late: your insurance usually will not cover it. Scratches made during cleaning or construction are treated as workmanship, not accidental damage. That leaves the general contractor, the window cleaner or the cleaning crew paying for replacement out of pocket.

We restore the glass on site instead. No cranes, no lead times, no reordering tempered panels. A full storefront or a floor of windows is usually done in one to two days, and the panels come back to optical clarity — not “better”, but as they were.

We work with general contractors, superintendents, window cleaning companies and post-construction cleaning crews across Los Angeles and Southern California. Nights and weekends when the schedule demands it. We invoice companies and provide a W-9.
