A Quién Está Dirigido Este Entrenamiento

Derek R. –
Learned proper movement
Frank G. –
Great hands on training
Luis M. –
Great severe damage practice
Tasha M. –
Mistakes corrected immediately
Owen F. –
Instructor caught bad habits
Lorenzo F. –
Large work areas overwhelmed me because I tried to control too much glass at once. The instructor showed me how to break the job into manageable sections.
George B. –
My machine felt like it was controlling me instead of the other way around. By the second day my movement was calmer, flatter and far more deliberate.
Keith W. –
My final clarity was inconsistent even when the scratch disappeared. The training helped me trace that problem back to earlier stages instead of blaming the final polish.
Jay B. –
I had practiced alone enough to build a few bad habits without realizing it. Personal feedback caught them much faster than another month of guessing would have.
Eddie V. –
Stopped fighting the machine
Nolan P. –
More confident with tools
Elliot K. –
Much cleaner finish now
Jeremy Y. –
I used to inspect only from one angle. The training forced me to move, change lighting and look at the repaired area the way a picky customer might.
Blake N. –
I had trouble knowing when enough correction was enough. Direct feedback helped me stop chasing perfection past the point where the next refinement stage should take over.
Hayden Y. –
Much more consistent now
Austin C. –
Pressure problem solved
Bryan Y. –
I wanted certification, but what I really needed was someone to tell me when my technique was wrong. That immediate correction was the most valuable part of the two days.
Eddie K. –
The hardest thing for me was blending the worked area into the rest of the pane. Repeating that transition with someone watching improved my finish immediately.
Paul Y. –
I was changing steps too early because I wanted to see a polished surface quickly. The instructor helped me recognize when the actual correction stage was not complete yet.
Joe B. –
Worth the two days
Hugo L. –
Deep scratches made me tense and aggressive with the tool. Working through severe damage in person taught me to control the process rather than chase the defect.
Ben Y. –
Good technical certification
Edgar B. –
Before coming in, I was afraid of damaging customer glass with heat. Practicing under supervision replaced that fear with specific checks I can actually follow.
Noah V. –
Strong practical training
Andre D. –
Real practice helped most
Grant B. –
Inspection finally clicked
Bruce C. –
I needed confidence before accepting harder jobs. Working on real restoration problems in person gave me a much better baseline for deciding what I am ready to handle.
Kyle R. –
Great personal coaching
Jordan C. –
What I needed most was confirmation that my process was safe and repeatable. The hands-on training exposed the weak spots and gave me specific things to practice afterward.
Pablo K. –
Heat was the part that made me nervous on larger glass. Practicing temperature checks repeatedly gave me a routine instead of relying on a vague feeling through the machine.
Wesley F. –
The two days were useful because mistakes could not hide. If my finish was cloudy or my movement was wrong, we dealt with the reason immediately.
Elliot F. –
Good assessment practice
Brad Y. –
Refinement was confusing because I focused only on whether the scratch was gone. The practical work taught me to watch the surface change through the entire sequence.
Arturo V. –
Real feedback changes everything
Ivan P. –
Finally understood refinement
Corey G. –
Videos made machine movement look simple, but my passes were uneven in person. Two days of direct correction finally gave me a rhythm I could reproduce.
Vanessa G. –
Personal feedback was key
Cole H. –
I thought my pressure was light until the instructor watched one pass. That small correction changed the way the pad behaved and made the whole process easier.
Chase G. –
I kept leaning harder whenever correction slowed down. Having the instructor stop me in real time showed me that my pressure was creating more problems than progress.
Corey Y. –
Better than guessing alone
Kyle M. –
My correction looked good straight on and terrible under side lighting. The inspection practice showed me how much I had been missing before calling a pane finished.
Hector K. –
Very focused two days
Ramon F. –
Machine control finally clicked
Zane E. –
I understood the sequence on paper but froze when something did not behave as expected. The hands-on exercises made troubleshooting feel much less abstract.
Andy T. –
I was trying to make speed before I had consistency. The instructor slowed me down, cleaned up my technique and showed me why repeatable movement matters more.
Jay N. –
Instructor fixed my pressure
Finn R. –
Heat control makes sense
Trevor B. –
My setup was fine, but my inspection was weak. The certification training made final quality control feel like a separate skill instead of a quick wipe at the end.
Ray M. –
Acid damage was the type of work I did not trust myself to touch. Practicing a difficult example with supervision gave me a much better sense of the limits.

So blessed with this program! Tikhon was my teacher and mentor on this program! First off all I like that he saw all the mistakes I do and stopped them at the right moment so I don’t create a wrong pattern!
Second is that I learn everything on real projects! No time spent on empty things! And at the same time I was confident in what I’m doing as Tikhon was always be near me! Now I’m in a different country making money! Finally bought a new Benz for my mom! Still have big goals!
Thank you guys!

Jeremy P. –
I arrived with a list of tiny questions that were hard to explain over video. Seeing the instructor demonstrate the answers beside my own work cleared them up quickly.
