Build the Hands-On Skill and Confidence to Perform Professional Work

Certified Glass Restoration Training is an intensive two-day in-person program focused on developing your practical restoration ability.

Instead of learning only through videos, you work directly with an experienced instructor who can observe your technique, identify your mistakes, explain why they are happening, and correct them before they become expensive habits.

The goal is to help you move from understanding the idea of glass restoration to confidently following a professional process with your own hands.

Who This Training Is For

This program is best for:

  • Beginners who want direct instruction before taking customer jobs
  • Technicians who need to improve their finish quality and consistency
  • Contractors adding glass restoration to an existing service company
  • Business owners who already understand sales but need technical ability
  • Students who are concerned about severe or difficult glass damage
  • People who learn faster through direct physical practice

What Happens During the Two Days

Your training is personalized around your current experience, technique, mistakes, and progress.

You will work through the professional restoration process, including:

  • Damage identification and feasibility assessment
  • Choosing the correct restoration approach
  • Workspace preparation and protection
  • Professional tool handling
  • Abrasion and damage removal
  • Pre-polishing and refinement
  • Final polishing and optical clarity
  • Heat and distortion risk control
  • Quality inspection
  • Customer expectation management

Severe and Difficult Damage

Many beginners are comfortable with light surface damage but become uncertain when facing deep scratches, acid etching, heavy mineral damage, or glass that carries a higher risk of distortion.

During the training, you will learn how to think through difficult damage:

  • How to evaluate severity
  • How to decide whether restoration should be attempted
  • How to select an appropriate process
  • How to control the work area
  • How to avoid unnecessary heat and distortion
  • How to recognize when a process must be changed or stopped

Training is based on the damage and practical situations available during the scheduled training period. No two-day program can guarantee that every possible glass type or damage condition will appear.

Personalized Coaching and Mistake Correction

This is not a large classroom where every student receives the same generic instruction.

Your instructor evaluates:

  • Your machine control
  • Pressure and movement
  • Work-area management
  • Process selection
  • Heat control
  • Visual inspection
  • Finish consistency
  • Common habits that may create haze, distortion, or uneven clarity

You receive direct feedback based on what you personally need to improve.

Practical Business Guidance

The primary purpose of this program is hands-on skill development. However, you will also learn practical information connected to performing a real job, including:

  • How to inspect a potential project
  • How to explain the restoration process
  • How to set customer expectations
  • How to document conditions
  • How to think about pricing the work being evaluated
  • How to organize the jobsite and professional workflow

The complete client acquisition, sales, business launch, hiring, employee-control, and scaling curriculum is reserved for the Online and Complete Online + In-Person programs.

Certification

Students who successfully complete the required training and demonstrate an acceptable understanding of the Glass Restore process may receive Glass Restore certification for the completed training level.

Certification confirms completion of the applicable training. It is not a government-issued professional license and does not replace any license, insurance, registration, or legal requirement that may apply in your area.

The Result

After successfully completing the training, you should leave with:

  • A clearer professional restoration process
  • Greater confidence handling tools and materials
  • Experience evaluating difficult damage
  • Personal awareness of your technical mistakes
  • A repeatable workflow you can continue practicing
  • A stronger foundation for performing customer work
  • Glass Restore certification for the successfully completed level

So blessed with this program! Tikhon was my teacher and mentor on this program! First off all I like that he saw all the mistakes I do and stopped them at the right moment so I don’t create a wrong pattern!
Second is that I learn everything on real projects! No time spent on empty things! And at the same time I was confident in what I’m doing as Tikhon was always be near me! Now I’m in a different country making money! Finally bought a new Benz for my mom! Still have big goals!
