Este kit está diseñado únicamente para vidrio restaurable. No está pensado para vidrio agrietado, despostillado o roto, ni para daño demasiado profundo para restaurarse con seguridad.
CÓMO FUNCIONA EL SISTEMA
Cada almohadilla tiene una función específica en el proceso de restauración. Usted elige el Paso inicial correcto según la condición del vidrio, prueba la corrección y luego continúa con los Pasos siguientes hasta que el vidrio quede restaurado.
No es necesario empezar cada trabajo con el Paso 1.
Para daño severo como rayones profundos, daño por ácido o grafiti grabado con ácido, el Paso 1 puede ser necesario.
Para la mayoría de los trabajos de restauración de nivel medio, recomendamos probar primero el Paso 2.
Para defectos superficiales más ligeros, daño por agua dura, depósitos minerales, raspaduras, neblina, marcas de limpiaparabrisas o rayones finos, puede empezar con el Paso 3, Paso 4 o Paso 5.
Cuando el Paso inicial corrige el daño, continúe con cada Paso siguiente en secuencia.
El Paso 6 es el paso principal de claridad. Elimina el empañamiento, la neblina y la opacidad que dejan los Pasos de corrección anteriores.
El Paso 7 es la etapa final premium de pulido con fieltro. Se usa con el compuesto líquido incluido para proyectos de corrección fuerte, restauración de rayones profundos, grafiti grabado con ácido, vidrios costosos de fachadas comerciales y trabajos que requieren máxima claridad final.
PASO 6 VS PASO 7
El Paso 6 incluye compuesto para pulir integrado y está diseñado para devolver la claridad después del proceso de corrección.
Antes de usar el Paso 6, rocíe agua limpia sobre la almohadilla y mantenga la superficie del vidrio limpia y ligeramente húmeda mientras trabaja.
No use el Paso 6 en seco.
Use el Paso 6 para la mayoría de los trabajos de restauración estándar cuando el vidrio tenga empañamiento, neblina, opacidad o marcas dejadas por los Pasos de corrección anteriores.
Use el Paso 7 con el compuesto líquido incluido para proyectos de corrección fuerte, restauración de rayones profundos, grafiti grabado con ácido, vidrios costosos de fachadas comerciales, trabajo comercial premium y trabajos que requieren máxima claridad final.
El Paso 7 puede usarse después del Paso 6 como acabado final premium opcional, o elegirse en lugar del Paso 6 cuando el trabajo requiere una etapa de acabado profesional más fuerte.
AJUSTES RECOMENDADOS DE LA MÁQUINA
Para mejores resultados, use una pulidora de velocidad variable con buen control de velocidad.
Velocidad recomendada: aproximadamente 2500–3500 RPM.
Mantenga la herramienta plana, estable y bajo control mientras trabaja.
No use velocidad excesiva, no se quede demasiado tiempo en un solo punto y no sobrecaliente el vidrio. El objetivo es una corrección controlada, no forzar la herramienta contra la superficie.

Paso 1 × 5 almohadillas — solo para daño severo, incluyendo rayones profundos, grafiti grabado con ácido, daño por ácido y depósitos de agua dura muy viejos o fuertemente adheridos. ¿PARA CUÁNTOS TRABAJOS ALCANZA ESTE KIT?
Este Kit Comercial está diseñado para aproximadamente 5–13 trabajos de restauración, y dónde caiga dentro de ese rango depende del daño:
- Daño ligero — rayones superficiales, manchas de agua dura, manchas, neblina, marcas de limpiaparabrisas: hacia la parte alta del rango.
- Daño profundo o severo — grabado ácido, grafiti grabado con ácido, rayones profundos: hacia la parte baja.
El tamaño del vidrio, la velocidad de la máquina y cuántos Pasos necesite mueven el número dentro de ese rango.
El daño ligero como manchas de agua dura, manchas minerales, neblina, marcas de limpiaparabrisas y rayones finos normalmente usará menos almohadillas.
El daño fuerte como rayones profundos, grafiti con ácido y vidrios de fachadas comerciales más grandes puede requerir más almohadillas y más tiempo.

Por qué el rango es tan amplio
Cuatro cosas deciden cuánto rinde un kit, y pesan más que el número en sí:
- Qué tan grande es el vidrio. Un panel de regadera y un cristal completo de fachada comercial no son la misma cantidad de trabajo.
