“Step 6” Glass Polishing Pads – Professional 5-Pack

$30.00

Step 6 glass polishing pads are the final part of the Glass Restore step-by-step system. They are used after the previous Steps to remove the fog created during correction and bring clarity back to the glass. Step 6 is not designed to correct damage by itself and should not be used as a standalone restoration pad. Includes 5 pads.

Step 6 Glass Polishing Pads

Step 6 glass polishing pads are used to bring clarity back after the previous Steps in the Glass Restore system have completed the required correction.

The earlier Steps remove or reduce the actual glass damage. During that process, the glass may appear foggy or hazy. Step 6 is then used to remove that remaining fog and restore the clear appearance of the surface.

Step 6 is not intended to remove scratches, acid damage, hard water deposits or other defects by itself. Using only Step 6 without completing the required earlier Steps will not correct the original damage.

How Step 6 Is Used

Step 6 is used at the end of the selected Glass Restore sequence.

Depending on the starting Step, the process may be:

Step 1 → Step 2 → Step 3 → Step 4 → Step 5 → Step 6

Step 2 → Step 3 → Step 4 → Step 5 → Step 6

Step 3 → Step 4 → Step 5 → Step 6

Step 4 → Step 5 → Step 6

Step 5 → Step 6

The technician first selects the correct starting Step based on the glass damage. After completing every following Step in sequence, Step 6 is used to finish the process and restore clarity.

Step 6 Is Not a Standalone Correction Pad

Step 6 performs a specific final function within the Glass Restore system.

It is designed to:

  • Remove the fog left by the previous Steps
  • Bring clarity back to the glass
  • Complete the Glass Restore process
  • Improve the final appearance after correction
  • Prepare the restored surface for final inspection

It is not designed to:

  • Remove deep scratches by itself
  • Correct acid damage by itself
  • Remove heavy hard water damage by itself
  • Replace the earlier Glass Restore Steps
  • Be used as the only pad for a complete restoration

If damage is still visible before Step 6, return to the appropriate earlier Step and complete the sequence again. Step 6 should only be used after the required correction has already been completed.

One Complete Glass Restore System

Glass Restore pads are designed to work together as one organized process.

The earlier Steps perform the correction. Each following Step continues refining the surface. Step 6 completes the process by removing the remaining fog and bringing the glass back to clarity.

This clear sequence helps technicians avoid:

  • Trying to finish glass before the damage is corrected
  • Using a finishing pad as a correction pad
  • Leaving fog or haze on the restored surface
  • Skipping required Steps
  • Producing incomplete or inconsistent results

Every pad is marked with its Step number, making the system easy to follow and repeat across professional restoration jobs.

Package Includes

5 × Step 6 Glass Polishing Pads

Use the Step 6 glass polishing pads with the recommended Glass Restore compounds, equipment and restoration process.

Step 6 must be used after the required previous Steps. It does not replace the correction process.
