Step 3 glass polishing pads are part of the professional Glass Restore step-by-step restoration system.

Glass Restore is not a collection of random polishing pads. Each Step has a specific place within one complete process. You select the starting Step based on the type and severity of the glass damage, then continue through the remaining Steps in sequence.

Step 3 may be used after completing Step 2 or selected as the starting Step for damage such as:

• Glass scuffs
• Hard water damage
• Mineral deposits
• Surface marks
• Light Scratches
• Similar glass defects that do not require starting with Step 1 or Step 2

The Step number does not mean that every restoration job must begin with Step 1. The correct starting point depends on the condition of the glass.

When Step 3 provides enough correction, continue through:

Step 3 → Step 4 → Step 5 → Step 6

If Step 3 does not correct the damage effectively, move back to Step 2, then continue through the system:

Step 2 → Step 3 → Step 4 → Step 5 → Step 6

For deeper scratches, acid damage or severe defects, Step 1 may be required before continuing through all following Steps.

Using unrelated polishing pads can leave the technician guessing which product to start with and what should be used next.

The Glass Restore system creates one clear process:

• Select the Step that matches the damage
• Test the correction
• Move back one Step if stronger correction is required
• Continue through every following Step to the finish
• Use the complete system for a consistent professional result

The Steps are designed to work together. Starting with Step 3 does not remove the need for the following pads. After the initial damage has been corrected, the remaining Steps are used to continue refining and finishing the glass.
